Towergate reaches 15-deal milestone in 2012

Towergate Insurance has bought the non-life insurance business of general insurance brokers Dean and Milward and conjointly of Greaves Adams.

Towergate has now completed 15 acquisitions since the start of 2012.

Dean and Milward, based in Henley on river, was launched by Richard Dean and David Milward in 1981. the corporate specialises in predominantly SME business and has some personal lines customers within the river vale space. Towergate has snapped up the non-life arm of the corporate which can get together with Towergate’s Didcot workplace.

Towergate aforesaid the deal will additional strengthen its presence within the South of england below the leadership of regional director Mark Evans.

Greaves Adams was founded over twenty years past by Tony Greaves and his married woman Janette. All staff, including Greaves and his son Aaron, will remain with the corporate and will be a part of the Towergate workplace in Poole below the leadership of regional boss Stuart Grieb.
